Mike Maybin
Tutor Trauma, Extrication & AFVs
With over 20 years of experience in pre-hospital care and vehicle extrication, from careers in the British Army, Fire & Rescue Service and training providers, Mike is passionate about delivering high-quality education and training in these speciality disciplines, as well as developing educational materials that meet the needs of our delegates.
Mike is also a Consultant and Assessor in pre-hospital care skills of offshore, remote, and emergency services personnel in the UK. A member of the College of Remote and Offshore Medicine Foundation and a former Operational Supervisory Commander at Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service, Mikes mission is to share his knowledge and expertise through FireWise UK Learning Academy, so others whom work in challenging and demanding environments are able to save lives and prevent injuries.
